You need coleslaw to go with many dishes during the summer and this recipe gives the perfect taste. The apple gives the coleslaw a sweet/tart flavor.
It goes well with fried chicken, fish and burgers and is perfect on top of my Southern Pulled Pork. It is so easy to make because it uses a bag of coleslaw mix that has all the cabbage and carrots all ready to use. Just mix the dressing and pour it over the cabbage mixture and chill. Nothing could be any easier.
