Roasted cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables. The roasting makes the cauliflower sweet and delicious. Kids even like this vegetable when it is roasted. You can add garlic and parmesan cheese if you want but I prefer the plain version. Enjoy!
Ingredients (4 Servings)
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Directions
Separate the cauliflower into florets and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the olive oil, salt and pepper on the cauliflower. Stir the ingredients until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the olive oil, salt and pepper. (Photo A)
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes, stirring halfway through. The cauliflower is done when it is golden brown. (Photo B)
